Nev. Regs Would Clarify Cannabis Excise Tax Requirements

Nevada would clarify tax collection and reporting requirements for the state excise tax on cannabis sales as those requirements apply to “cannabis consumption lounges” under an initial draft of regulations proposed by the Department of Taxation’s Tax Commission.
