Juror Dismissed For Racial Bias In $1.3B Tax Case

A Georgia federal judge dismissed a white juror for racial bias amid deliberations in a tax case involving what the government calls a $1.3 billion conservation easement scheme, saying Friday that the juror also falsely accused three Black jurors of “race-based commentary.”
