OECD Should Refine Min. Tax Guidance, US Trade Group Says

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development should address several outstanding questions related to its latest administrative guidance for the global 15% minimum tax known as Pillar Two, the National Foreign Trade Council told the organization.
