OECD’s Profit Plan Won’t Be Ready Until 2024, Yellen Says

The profit reallocation plan known as Amount A under the first pillar of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s global tax overhaul won’t be ready to implement until next year, U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Monday.
