Colo. Congress Members Urge IRS Not To Tax State Refunds

Refunds paid under Colorado’s Taxpayer Bill of Rights should not be subject to federal income taxes, members of Colorado’s congressional delegation told the Internal Revenue Service in response to recent proposed guidance.
