With a Nov. 17 funding deadline looming, the White House on Monday said the House Republicans’ $25.3 billion spending bill for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Federal Trade Commission and other agencies for fiscal year 2024 would make drastic, harmful cuts, threatening to veto the bill.
