Credit Suisse Seeks €276K Refund From Spanish Province

European Union law ensuring the free movement of capital requires a Spanish province to refund Credit Suisse Securities €276,400 ($302,800) of withholding tax taken out of dividends paid to nonresidents, the bank told the European Court of Justice in a document released Monday.
