Ga. Proposed Reg Conforms Consolidated Tax Return Rules

Georgia affiliated groups that want to file consolidated corporate income tax returns will no longer have to petition the state’s revenue commissioner, as group members can instead elect to file that way on their most recent returns, the state Department of Revenue explained in a proposed regulation.
