A Florida federal bankruptcy judge on Tuesday said the ex-CEO of the company that sells Bang Energy drinks can’t stop a trustee from extinguishing his ownership in a Chapter 11 sale, saying his challenge to an order granting the debtor’s estate the right to terminate corporation status will remain intact.
