A Colorado federal judge has shot down a pharmacy automation company’s suit alleging that its former chief commercial officer cost it nearly CA$1.2 million ($907,000) in Canadian taxes by not telling his employer he had moved out of the country, saying the company hasn’t shown it suffered any damages as a result of his actions.
