IRS’ $15M Jeopardy Assessment OK’d In Offshore Tax Fight

A Florida federal court upheld a $15 million immediate tax assessment against a man who transferred his father’s estate into trusts for himself and his mother and refused to pay what the IRS claimed was tax debt on his father’s undisclosed offshore accounts.
