Kan. Bills Seek To Carry Out Gov.’s Plan To End Grocery Tax

Kansas would eliminate its sales tax on groceries, reduce its bank privilege tax rate, provide a higher standard deduction and cut property taxes under bills introduced in the state Legislature at the governor’s request.
