Maine Tax Agency OKs Regs For Sales To Tribes, Withholding

Maine clarified the tax treatment of sales to American Indian tribal members and entities and explained an income tax withholding exemption and income modifications permitted for tribal members living in the state, under regulations adopted by the state tax agency.
