Mich. Treasurer Tries To Dodge Income Tax Challenge

Michigan’s treasurer said Monday that business advocacy groups, residents and lawmakers’ challenge to a determination that an income tax cut is temporary should be dismissed because it is untimely and the plaintiffs haven’t shown they have been injured by the decision.
