Pa. Supreme Court Snapshot: Judge’s Side Gig Vexes Tax Row

In its first argument session of 2024, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will once again have seven justices on the bench, following last year’s elevation of Superior Court Judge Daniel D. McCaffery to fill the vacancy left by the death of former Chief Justice Max Baer in 2022.
