Split 9th Circ. Won’t Halt Federal Workers Reinstatement Order

A divided Ninth Circuit panel on Monday denied the Trump administration’s bid for an immediate administrative stay of a California district court order requiring reinstatement of some probationary federal workers fired from six agencies, with the majority saying a pause “would disrupt the status quo and turn it on its head.”
