Tax Court Throws Out Couple’s Collection Hearing Plea

A California couple will not receive a collection due process hearing, as the U.S. Tax Court ruled Tuesday that the Internal Revenue Service was not obliged to grant them one over seven years of federal income tax deficiencies.
