Tax Court Upholds $1.9M Levy After Man Fails To Provide Info

A man who told the Internal Revenue Service he was unable to pay almost $1.9 million in tax liabilities because his only income was Social Security benefits is on the hook for nearly the whole amount, the U.S. Tax Court ruled Thursday.
