Treasury Proposes Rules For Clean Vehicle Credit Transfers

The U.S. Treasury Department released proposed rules Friday for consumers and car dealerships seeking to take advantage of a new transfer method for the clean vehicle tax credit that was restructured under the Inflation Reduction Act.
